What does em-ply do?
em-ply is a UK consultancy offering HR transformation advisory (including Workday and Onboxd), payments and fintech advisory, programme and project delivery, management consulting, cyber security and training. We advise, and we also deliver.
What is an independent client-side advisor?
An experienced delivery lead who works for you, not for the software vendor or implementation partner. They help you make decisions, control scope and cost, check quality and make sure your organisation is ready to take ownership of the new system.
Do you replace our implementation partner?
No. If you already have a partner building your system, we work alongside them on your behalf. If you don't, em-ply can lead the delivery itself.
How do you price engagements?
Every engagement is shaped around where your programme is and what you need, so we agree scope first. We work on a fixed-fee or day-rate basis, from a short health check to ongoing support.
Where do you work?
We have offices in the UK, West and East Africa, and work with organisations across the UK and Africa, either remotely or on site.
